Minimise submitted data

Agree the transfer route
Large, sensitive, or access-controlled files should use a project-approved transfer method. The public enquiry attachment is intended for limited scoping material, not unrestricted sensitive datasets.
Access and retention
Access roles, storage location, retention period, deletion expectations, and permitted downstream use should be documented when they matter to the project.
Confidentiality terms
A non-disclosure agreement or project-specific data terms can be discussed before confidential material is exchanged. Availability and wording require company approval.
