Operations

QualityProcess

How checkpoints, acceptance criteria, and documentation are placed into a project scope.

Start with an accepted specification

The quotation should identify the input, method, output, exclusions, and any acceptance criterion that applies. Website descriptions do not replace those project terms.

Method-specific checks

A relevant check depends on the work being performed. Sequence review, material assessment, analytical testing, data metrics, or file review are included only when stated for that service.

Exceptions and repeat conditions

The project documents should explain how unsuitable input, failed criteria, repeat work, or a changed scope will be handled before execution begins.

Handover record

The accepted deliverables should list the material, files, method notes, and supporting records that will be supplied. No universal certificate or quality document is implied.
