Website purpose

Published service descriptions are not an offer, technical specification, warranty, or commitment to accept a project.

Project scope and quotations

A service begins only after the parties agree the applicable quotation, scope, inputs, deliverables, price, timeline, exclusions, and any service-specific terms. Where website wording differs from an accepted written quotation or contract, the accepted document controls.

Research-use context

Website content describes research-oriented products and services. It must not be treated as medical advice, a clinical-performance claim, or confirmation that a service is suitable for a regulated use. Any regulated or diagnostic requirement must be disclosed and accepted in writing before work begins.

Information supplied by users

Liability, warranties, remedies, governing law, and dispute provisions for paid work must be set out in the accepted commercial documents and are subject to applicable law. This page does not create a separate liability cap or replace legal terms agreed for a project.
